Who we are

Welcome to Zoetic Endeavours. Our website address is:

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Any personal information you send in connection with your order or in the process of ordering will never be shared with any other individual, group or business without your consent. By ordering, you give your consent for your information to be shared with the companies involved in the processing (e.g. Paypal, Zazzle, postal services, or other service providers as applicable).

If you leave a comment on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We do not currently use session cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking cookies on our web site. However, Google may have its own cookie tracking your visit here, whether or not we display any Google Ads. You can opt out of Google’s cookie (see below).

We may at times display Google Ads on some of our pages. To serve ads that are relevant to our website, Google gathers information from the words we use in the content of our web pages. To make the ads relevant to you more specifically, Google tracks some of your activities on the web by means of a tracking cookie.

If you have ever visited Google or any website that displays Google ads, you likely already have a Google cookie on your computer. It does not track or store your name, address, email address, or telephone number, but may track your IP address (the network address of the specific computer you’re using) so that it can display ads that are relevant to your geographical area. It also feeds Google some information about the topics of the pages you visit on our website and any other web sites you visit.

You can opt out of the use of Google’s cookie by clicking the OPT-OUT button on their page on Advertising and Privacy: You will still see any Google ads we place on our web pages, but they won’t be making use of information about you. They will just be targeted to the topics of our site’s content.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites (e.g. YouTube) may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Mailing list opt-in

If you sign up for our mailing list, the only required field is your email address, for the purpose of delivering the requested mailings. You have the option to provide additional personal information if you wish to receive more customized offers and communications: first name, last name, and your date/time/place of birth for customized astrology offers.

Who we share your data with

We share your relevant data with PayPal when you make a purchase, with postal services when your order needs to be delivered physically, and with Mailchimp when you sign up for our mailing list.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you sign up for our mailing list, we store any personal information you provide on Mailchimp and an offline backup database for as long as you choose to receive communications from us.

We retain purchase transaction data for as long as is required by the government for the purpose of income tax records.

What rights you have over your data

If you have left comments on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you have subscribed to our mailing list, you can likewise receive an exported file of your subscription data and request permanent deletion of it at any time.

If you have made a purchase, a record of the transaction will remain permanently in the PayPal history of our account.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We send mailing list data to Mailchimp and purchase data to PayPal. Our servers are located in the U.S.

How we protect your data

No online activity can ever be guaranteed 100% secure. However, we use commercially reasonable security measures (e.g. https protocol, security software, password protection) to secure your data when in transit and stored in our database.
